Trillium Global Partners Expansion Helps Medical Device Companies Tap into $24 Billion* Japanese Market

Trillium Global Partners, Inc. announced today the expansion of their medical device export consultancy into the Japanese market. Joining Trillium's global team is Clyde F. Ito, a veteran consultant to the medical device industry, based in Tokyo, Japan. The purpose of this expansion is to provide Japanese industry expertise to U.S. companies entering the Japanese and Asia/Pacific healthcare markets.

Mr. Ito has been working in the healthcare field for over 18 years in the U.S. and Japan. Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Mr. Ito has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco and a Masters of International Management degree from Thunderbird's Graduate School of International Management. He is completely bilingual and bicultural, but more importantly, has worked in Japan in positions ranging from a sales representative to a general and regional manager and has both actual sales account experience as well as organizational management experience in Japanese companies. Mr. Ito has worked with companies in the medical specialties of ophthalmology, respiratory, dermatology, anesthesia, dental, wound therapy, cardiology, spinal surgery, and gastro-intestinal.

Trillium Global Partners, Inc. is a Colorado-based international medical device consultancy, providing expertise and support to companies exporting medical devices into the European, and now the Japanese, markets. Primary services include market entry planning, distribution establishment and management, and multi-cultural/multi-lingual marketing. Regulatory assistance is also provided in Europe and Japan through local regulatory firms.
