Stryker Trauma will webcast a live Gamma3 Trochanteric nail procedure on a cadaver from the Meri facility in Memphis, TN on November 15th 2005at 6:00 PM ET (23:00 UTC)  The market leading Gamma 3 is the smallest implant of its type and has been successfully used in thousands of surgeries since itís launch in late 2004.

The system is based on 15 years of Gamma Nail experience and is the third generation of intramedullary short and long Gamma fixation nails.

The system offers a truly M.I.S. approach for treating Hip Fractures where applicable which may reduce OR time through the use of newly designed instruments and new instrumentation.

Drs. Christopher Born, Robert Probe & James Maxey were involved in the development and design of the Gamma3ô system and will help participating surgeons understand the minimally invasive method the system offers and the improvements in design and function of this nail.

Please view the webcast at http://www.or-live.com/Gamma3/1458 to learn how the Gamma3ô trochanteric nail, with its more compact and streamlined, minimally invasive design, is the perfect solution for stable and unstable intertrochanteric fractures.
